New organising is networganising which is different than both organising and networking. It is the synthesis of the best parts of the two. Networganising does not only involve convincing people to join in a rank-and-file army in order to form collective identities, or locking people into an existing or emerging agenda to make the desired impact stronger. Neither is it simply creating opportunity links, hubs and webs to reach certain goals in an easiest, cheapest and fastest way.
Networganising is what a networganisation does in order to reach out likeminded, key peers, to link them and their network base into each other while shaping a dynamic program and space in a peer to peer way. Ideally, as the synthesis of the best qualities of the organisation and network, a networganisation would utilize its capacity to reach a critical mass of active networked peerage base in an optimum time frame, by utilizing existing online and offline network infrastructures and able to set the existing capabilities in a networked manner towards shared goals.
The expected outcome of a networganising activity would therefore be a hyperempowered p2p networganisation.
Hactivist networganisations Anonymous and whistle blowing networganisation Wikileaks have been using networganising as their core activity to link up with new peers and hyperempower many others. The most noble networganisation emerging in front of our eyes is the movement (15M>Occupy>…?) galvanizing all the previous era experiences, energies and turning into a massive moving rEvolutionary networganiation that already has proven its potential, and as it connects to other regions beyond Americas and Europe that can change entire civilisation.

We are building a peerage base for the new peer to peer labour union GAIA – Global Alliance for Immediate Alteration. Join us and invite your friends and colleagues to involve!
If you are outraged because you are unemployed, or you have precarious position in the ‘labour market’, and you feel injustice everywhere; If you want to do something about it for your self and others, join us, join the GAIA peerage. And invite your friends and colleagues to do so!
If you think the state to which you are paying a lot of taxes abandons you, and you think traditional unions, political parties and civil society organisations are not representing your interest and wishes properly, join the GAIA peerage!
In order to invent and build direct democratic peer to peer governance and protect, not only your self but also others’ interest by self representation join your force with us!
Even if you are a member of another network, union, or movement you can join us! You do not have to leave your memberships or other identities! This is better for GAIA peerage because in this way you can help us to link many to each other and in to one.
We do not have a manifesto or list of principles! In order to join us you do not have to subscribe to something or promise anything.
There is no membership to GAIA, neither membership fee. Joining and leaving GAIA is free.
GAIA is a union also for ‘free labour’; peer producers can join GAIA to express their interest.
If you are a social or environmental justice activist or free culture and information activist who is linked to or working for an progressive NGO, or another type of civil society organisation your participation is essential for GAIA to make an impact.
If you are an hacker, IT worker, or data miner that is also extremely valuable for GAIA to join force with you!
